11th CIRCUIT
The 11th Circuit falsely pretended that Lee County eminent domain scam O.R. 569/875 was a "legislative act" and that Appellant(s) did not pursue invalidation of said fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875 in State court. Here, the Defendant corrupt 11th Circuit Judges concealed that Appellants had pursued invalidation of said eminent domain forgery and fraudulent "claim" of uncertain un-platted "undesignated/unidentified areas" in both State and State Appellate Courts.
