PETERSON POSTS AS "THEDOCTOR2001"
DEFENDANT JACK N. PETERSON POSTS COMMENTS AS "THEDOCTOR2001" AND HINTS AT INVOLVEMENT IN BRIBERY AND CASE-FIXING.
Peterson is at the center of judicial case-fixing and bribery. In exchange for Defendant-Appellees' bribes, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit falsely pretended that eminent domain extortion-scheme O.R. 569/875 was a "legislative act".
Peterson concealed that in 1998, Lee County had removed any "cloud" or "claim" by said forgery O.R. 569/875 and that Lee County had never executed said fraudulent "claim" of uncertain "undesignated/unidentified areas".

“My conversation with Mr. Peterson revealed that he has a great deal of animosity towards you [Appellant Dr. Busse]. Interestingly, he wouldn’t come out and say that he believes Lee County owns the accreted area between your lot line and the Gulf of Mexico. Rather, he said that you [Dr. Busse] have no legitimate claim to the accreted land, as your lot is “a quarter of a mile inland.” He [Jack N. Peterson] said he doesn’t know whether the 1969 [sham] resolution is valid, and that more study is necessary before anybody can safely claim to own the property. Overall, his legal stance regarding the ownership issue was softer than I expected.”
Here, Peterson conspired to conceal that in 1998, Lee County had removed and eliminated any “cloud” by said fraudulent “claim” of uncertain “undesignated/unidentified areas” pursuant to 1998 Lee County Blue Sheet 980206 and O.R. 569/875.
Corrupt Jack N. Peterson is an apparently slow “study”, who has preferred to pervert public records and watch sexually explicit materials together with former disgraced Lee County Manager Donald D. Stilwell. More than ten years later, Jack N. Peterson continues to deliberately depriveand defraud Lee County landowners under color of eminent domain extortion-scheme O.R. 569/875.

AFTER WEEKS OF DELAY 11TH CIRCUIT FILES JUDICIAL/CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS
11th CIRCUIT JUDGES OBSTRUCT JUSTICE FOR BRIBES
On May 19, 2009, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit reportedly filed the Judicial and Criminal Complaints against Defendant corrupt 11th Circuit Judges Edmondson, Tjoflat, Black, and U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark Allan Pizzo.
The judicial Defendants conspired to falsely pretend that Lee County eminent domain scam O.R. 569/875 and fraudulent "claim" of un-platted uncertain "undesignated/unidentified areas" was a "legislative act". No legislator(s) and/or legislative history could be found to exist.
In exchange for Appellees' bribes, said Defendants conspired to slander the Appellants as "frivolous" and "vexatious" in order to deliberately deprive them under 18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242 and defraud them under false pretenses that said prima facie unexecuted and null and void "claim" O.R. 569/875 of private riparian Gulf-front property was a "legislative act".
Absent any legal description, boundaries, seal, execution, witnesses, vote count, identifiable legislators, legislative history, said Lee County scam was never executed. No Lee County "claim" or "cloud" had ever existed. In 1998, absent any interest or title, Lee County "removed" and "eliminated" any cloud by said scam O.R. 569/875. No intelligent and reasonable judge in the 11th Circuit Judges' shoes could have ever possibly found and concluded that said prima facie forgery O.R. 569/875 was anything but a scam.
Hereby, the Appellants adopt said Judicial and Criminal Complaints by reference in their prosecution of said case-fixing Federal Judges. The Appellants demand that any and all evidence of said Defendant Judges' obstruction of justice be forwarded to Florida and Federal law enforcement for further investigation and prosecution.
On May 20, 2009, the Appellants again alerted Geronimo Garcia at the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

1. Defendant corrupt U.S. 11th Circuit Court Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat [“Tjoflat”] conspired with the Defendant-Appellees to conceal that said eminent domain scam O.R.569/875 falsely “claimed” that “undesignated areas” “appeared” on the 1912 Subdivision Plat of Survey. See said extortion-scheme O.R. 569/875; ¶ 2.
2. Defendant Tjoflat conspired to conceal the prima facie invalidity of said fraudulent “claim” of uncertain “undesignated areas”, which Tjoflat knew did not appear on said Plat. See 1912 Plat in Lee County Plat Book 3, p. 25.
3. Tjoflat conspired to conceal that Lee County had never executed said “claim” of fictitious un-platted “undesignated areas”. See said scam O.R. 569/875.
4. Tjoflat conspired to conceal the platted designated 60’ wide street. See said 1912 Plat.
5. Tjoflat conspired to extend Lee County fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875.
6. Tjoflat conspired to obstruct justice, deliberately deprive, and defraud the Appellants by falsely pretending the said scam O.R.569/875 was a “legislative act”.
7. Tjoflat conspired to conceal that the platted Cayo Costa Subdivision had never been dedicated and that Lee County had never accepted any dedication.
8. Tjoflat conspired to conceal that no witnesses and/or seal appeared on said sham “claim” of uncertain “lands”.
9. Tjofalt conspired to conceal that no legislator and/or legislative history could be identified in said scam O.R. 569/875.
10. Tjoflat conspired to conceal that Lee County never had any legislative authority or purpose to fraudulently ”claim all of raid lands and accretions thereto”, which admittedly could not be “identified”. See eminent domain fraud-scheme O.R. 569/875.
